Our beginnings were very simple, yet pleasant............Everything began with the following conviction, "With God We Can Do Great Things". With this in mind, there was nothing left to do but simply allow God to use us in showing His love for the islanders.
The ministry was established in 1988 in the city of Castro, capital of The Big Island of Chiloe; Since then we have been working among different projects in Community Development, the Training Up of Missionaries, Missions with an enfasis in Mercy Ministries and Missions Camp for children and teenagers.
In 1991 we began working among the island of Chulin-Desertores. On this particular island the only way of arrival is by boat, needless to say, this areas does not count with a passenger boat for its islanders, yet there is a Boarding School which houses children from the surrounding islands and from the Patagonica Foothills of the Andes. The majority of the children remain here during the entire school year due to weather conditions and geographical limitations.
